In 2005, Michael Huffman and his friend William Belshe – two high school kids at the time – helped clean up downed tree limbs after an ice storm in Wichita. A local tree service took notice and hired them to haul debris. Michael watched and learned – and eventually grew their own business. By 2012, their dream of owning their own full-time professional tree service was realized when William earned his arborist certification and the two began working for Wichita property owners year-round.
Since then, Michael and his team have tackled new tree challenges every day and continued studying ever-evolving tree care best practices. Today, they’re known as Wichita’s premier tree service.
Michael loves that no two days are ever the same. He enjoys meeting new people and learning about them and their memories of the established trees on their property. Through networking and learning from others, Michael has modeled Huff’s Tree Service into what it is today. In his spare time, Michael enjoys fishing and spending time with his family.
William is a KAA certified commercial arborist. He loves meeting new people and explaining the true meaning of tree care. In his spare time, William enjoys time outdoors with his family, boating, fishing, biking, and helping his kids with sports. He also loves to grill and smoke foods, especially wild game.
Ashley oversees the day-to-day operation of our office, including handling all accounts payable and receivable and scheduling tree service appointments for our clients. In her spare time, Ashley enjoys time well spent with her family and her dogs.
Our crew of tree technicians and ground technicians serve our clients in the Wichita area. Each of our team members is carefully vetted and trained to deliver the Huff’s Tree Service experience.
